Yellowfin (albacare) is amongst the larger species of fish. Taken from the best cuts of the fish — line caught, hand-filleted and quickly tinned in olive oil. Rich and flavourful with great texture and taste, is low in saturated fat and sodium.
(It is reputed to be a good source protein, Omega-3, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6 and selenium).
Delicious in a classic Salad nicoise or tossed into pasta with tomatoes and olives
