Another of our selection of wonderful Italian salami sourced direct from the Piemonte region near Turin.

Piccante (spicy) Try cooking this warming salami in the same way as chorizo, adding it to pasta, salads or to accompany shellfish such as Scallops.

All are made by a small family producer. Thinly sliced for a charcuterie platter or add to an antipasti selection.
