A young Sicilian sheep’s milk cheese, matured for 8-10 days with the addition of finely grated black truffle. A must for the truffle lover and delicious when drizzled with a well flavoured honey such as chestnut.
Available as a ‘wedge’ of approx 250 g (small) or as a whole cheese of approx. 1.5 kg
Also available: Primosale, pecorino with olives, roquette and chilli (Fantasia) and Normanno, a semi-aged pecorino marinated in balsamic vinegar.
