Each Whalesborough cheese is unique, made on a remote dairy farm in North Cornwall, made with local Cornish milk. The ‘baby’ cheeses are the ideal size for a cheeseboard and gift wrapped for a hamper or present.
Pungent washed rind cheese, creamy smooth texture and round full sweet flavour – reminiscent of French Alpine cheeses. Local cider is used to dip and scrub each cheese three times a week which gives apple overtones to the pate and a distinctive edible orange rind.
Keltic Gold has a maturing room of its own and a smell to match!
