A selection of curry pastes (MEDIUM) made from spices and herbs from Goa, easy to use and a wonderfully authentic flavour. All the pastes are GLUTEN FREE. Just add the suggested liquid and the product of your choice. all pastes can be used for any protein – chicken, beef, pork, lamb, shellfish, seafood or pulses for a vegetarian option.

Goan Prawn Curry – a truly tropical coconut and coriander based curry with traditional Goan spices. For all seafood and shellfish
Jalfrezi – a rich and aromatic traditional curry full of flavour and warm spices. Try with chicken, lamb, beef or pork
Madras – an aromatic curry with hints of coconut. Full of flavour – warm and spicy. Suitable for chicken, lamb, beef or pork
Rogan Josh – a Kashmiri delicacy introduced by the Mughal empire in India. A fiery curry with tomato and ginger. A good pairing for lamb.
Tikka Masala – a medium spiced tomato based curry cooked in rich aromatic spices. A chicken curry classic!
