Choose from the following:
Mild – Tandoori Marinade – an authentic Indian marinade infused with a moreish flavour. Good for chicken, lamb, beef or pork.
Medium – Achar de Goa – a tangy Goan marinade flavoured with pickle spices. Try with chicken, shellfish, pork or lamb
Hot – Goan Piri Piri – a Goan-Portuguese marinade showcasing 400 years of traditional cooking. Wonderful with shellfish or seafood: white fish such as Cod, Haddock, Coley, Pollock or Monkfish.
