Orange infused olive oil from our producers in Tuscany – a little goes a long way but have fun experimenting with this new oil in cooking, baking or in salads.
Can be used to enhance orange or other fruit juice, in baking – muffins, breads, pastries and pies. Try adding orange oil when making chocolate truffles, or to anything chocolate!
Use in marinades for basting chicken or pork or as a salad dressing for beetroot or carrot.
Use Orange infused oil in any recipe asking for orange zest (1/4 to 1/2 tsp is roughly equivalent to 1 tblsp orange zest)
