Brutti e Buoni – roughly translated to mean ‘Ugly but Good’!
An Italian cookie with a crisp vanilla meringue base, steeped with toasted almonds and hazelnuts. Hand-wrapped in pairs in signature tissue paper, in a similar way to Italian Amaretti biscuits.
Delicious with coffee at the end of a meal or with afternoon tea with a difference.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, egg white, hazelnuts, almonds, natural vanilla essence.
