Bianco (White) or Dark (Red) grape varieties. (Sometimes known as Balsamic Glaze).
Traditional balsamic thickened with cornflour but with no added sugar.
Use for decorating purposes, or for cooking – on chicken, fish, root vegetables or grilled tomatoes in the oven or drizzle over ice-cream or summer fruits. The dark variety is rich and intense with a long after taste. The bianco is lighter, slightly sweeter and with a shorter after taste – better for fruits, fish and white meats.
