Known as our Gastro Nick’s ‘Gold Decanter’, a traditionally produced Balsamic Vinegar, aged in small casks for approximately 10 yrs in the Modena region.
With deep aromas and a visible density, this is a Balsamic Vinegar to be used with versatility to enhance all dishes from salads to desserts. Wonderful paired with a robust olive oil as a vinaigrette or for dipping with crusty fresh bread.
