Balsamic vinegar, aged for approximately 15 years, produced in Modena.
A wonderfully intense balsamic vinegar traditionally aged in small wooden casks, each type of wood adding to the flavour of the balsamic vinegar. It is a delicious accompaniment to steak, other grilled meats, aged cheese or a selection of charcuterie. Try drizzled over asparagus wrapped in Parma ham.
Bottled in a glass decanter and presented in a box. 250ml.
