Known as our Gastro Nick’s ‘Platino’. A traditionally made Balsamic Vinegar, aged for approximately 15 years and produced in Modena region.
A wonderfully intense Balsamic Vinegar traditionally aged in small wooden casks, each type of wood adding to the flavour of the Balsamic Vinegar.
It is a delicious accompaniment to steak, other grilled meats, aged cheese or a selection of charcuterie. Try drizzled over asparagus wrapped in Parma ham.
Bottled in a glass decanter and presented in a box. 250ml.
