Known as our Gastro Nick’s ‘Green Decanter’. Aged for approximately 5 yrs, traditionally produced in Modena in small wooden casks.
A harmonious balsamic vinegar still with a little acidity, which pairs well with an olive oil. Still light enough to use for salad dressings but may also be drizzled on cooked meats when ready to serve.
Bottled in a glass decanter and presented in a box.
