Produced in the Piemonte region from clever blending of three well known grape varieties, aged for a longer time than usual in stainless steel, using the Charmat method. this deep coloured sparkling rosé has a wonderful fragrance of strawberry, cranberry, wild cherry with a hint of eucalyptus. Full of fruit with the Nebbiolo from mineral soils of this region giving a pleasantly dry finish. Unusual but delicious!
It is best served well chilled with shellfish, seafood, stir fried dishes and light meals. A wonderful aperitif, but also makes a change to the traditional dessert wines.
