Luca Ferarris is the only producer in the Piedmont area to grow this French variety of Viognier, the first vines being planted in 2006.
After pressing the new wine rests on the yeast in stainless steel tanks for at least 12 months to give a good balance and structure with scents of exotic fruits, pear and banana.
Elegant and with a soft mineral finish, this is a lovely food wine, particularly when paired with fish or shellfish
