* Miele di fiori di Sulla – Clover (clear to creamy) – delicate, slightly herbal notes, good for sweetening herbal tea infusions
* Miele di fiori di Eucalipto – Eucalyptus (clear) not overly sweet but the more robust of our honey selection
* Miele di fiori di Millefiori – Mixed Flower (clear to creamy) – balanced and rounded
* Miele di fiori di Cardo – Thistle/Cardoon (clear to creamy) Fruity initially, followed by slightly sour and bitter.
Honey for the breakfast table, porridge or yoghurt, in tea infusions, in cooking or just on a spoon.
Wonderful with Sicilian Pecorino cheeses, particularly the young Truffle Pecorino or Normanno – semi aged Pecorino which has been washed in Balsamic Vinegar or with a blue cheese such as Cornish Blue or Bath Blue.
