Product Description
Traditional hot oak-smoked ChalkStream trout fillets, smoked whole and hand filleted. The fish is delicately cured and traditionally produced using natural, smouldering oak smoke.
Smoked fish is very convenient – and an excellent source of healthy oils including Omega 3. Easy to prepare and fabulous value as a ready to eat meal or a great way to liven up a fish pie or kedgeree. Best served warm but can also be served cold.
125g D cut and vacuum packed.
