Matured for 23 months, still young enough to eat as table cheese but use in the classic way, grated over pasta or risotto or shaved into salads. A full flavour with the classic taste of pineapple. A Parmesan made in the traditional way, using only fresh cow’s milk from its area of origin and without additives or preservatives. All Parmigiano Reggiano is aged for a minimum of 12 months, each wheel is checked every day.
Although widely used in Italian cooking – try as an addition to a cheeseboard! Drizzle with a little aged Balsamic Vinegar, Balsamic Honey or an Italian Honey of your choice.
It is available in pieces approximately 250g (small) or 500 gm (medium) , vacuum packed.
