Product Description

A selection of three easy-to-use marinades based on Goan spices and herbs, ready to cook in under 25 minutes.  Gluten free, no preservatives or colouring.

Simply add the suggested liquid and marinate y0ur dish.  Products can then be grilled, oven-baked or pan-fried for a truly authentic flavour.

Choose from the following:

Mild – Tandoori Marinade – an authentic Indian marinade infused with a moreish flavour.  Good for chicken, lamb, beef or pork. – out of stock

Medium – Achar de Goa – a tangy Goan marinade flavoured with pickle spices.  Try with chicken, shellfish, pork or lamb – out of stock

Hot – Goan Piri Piri – a Goan-Portuguese marinade showcasing 400 years of traditional cooking.  Wonderful with  shellfish or seafood:  white fish such as Cod, Haddock, Coley, Pollock or Monkfish.
