Virginie, daughter of Claude Taittinger, has produced her own cuvee Champagne, predominantly Pinot with Chardonnay to give subtle elegance
Described as “rich, broad and expressive” this Brut NV Champagne from Virginie Taittinger is dry and fresh with a good structure, aromas of candied fruits and mineral notes from the Chardonnay. Deliberately low in sugar content to keep a fresh palate.
Made principally from 2009 grapes, approximately 10,000 bottles of the inaugural Brut NV were produced from grapes grown in grand cru vineyard sites in Avize and Verzenay.
