Fermented in steel tanks without the use of oak, this 100% Negroamaro rosé is typical of the Salentino wines. It is complex and rich on the nose with echoes of cherry and orange. Fresh yet savoury on the palate it makes a particularly enjoyable summer wine and yet is full bodied enough to drink through the colder months with a pasta dish steeped in punchy tomato sauce.
