After a long wait trying to source Sardinian wines, we are pleased to introduce Torbato, an ancient once rare grape variety, native to the Aegean basin, from Parpinello winery.
Straw coloured, slightly aromatic characteristic, full flavoured with a pleasant aftertaste. Would suit those who like a white Burgundy.
Perfect as an apertif, ideal and elegant accompaniment to fish dishes, seafood and white meats. Particularly good with mushroom dishes or the cheeseboard.
