A long time favourite amongst our Sicilian whites – soft, fruity and mellow but with a mineral base, which makes Grillo such a wonderful ‘fish’ wine. Perfect with Sea Bass or Sea Bream. No added sulphites

Food pairing:          Seabass or seabream, fish risotto. Chicken or white meats. Goat’s cheese with honey

Straw yellow with a hint of green, a full and intense floral scent rich with ripe fruit.
A fruity and fragrant wine offering a refreshing pineapple, tangerine and lemon fruit profile.
Nicely rounded on the palate, it has an easy-drinking feel and a clean, mineral finish.

Served lightly chilled, wonderful with fish, particularly oily fish such as Sea Bass, which was our introduction in Sicily.
A firm favourite with the Gastro fishmonger!
