Panettone Mandarino ‘Frutta e Fiori’ – rich in Mandarins from Sicily and other vine fruits
With now three generations of pastry makers, Loison Pasticceri was established in 1938 in Vicenza. All Panettone are both made and wrapped by hand under the guidance of Dario Loison, using a natural sourdough yeast and fresh ingredients of only the finest quality. Slow leavening takes 72 hours, ensuring that the flavours and quality are protected. This also means that the cakes have a 6 month shelf life.
The packaging designs are created each season by Sonia Loison, Dario’s wife. ‘Tradition is our main ingredient and passion warms our ovens’.
Enjoy with friends, accompanied traditionally by a glass of chilled Prosecco. Equally good with freshly brewed coffee or a dessert wine. Try with cheese, use for a sumptuous ‘bread and butter pudding’.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, chopped, dried Sicilian Mandarins, fresh eggs, mountain butter, Sunflower Oil, Almond flour, wheat starch, Natural Sourdough Yeast, Italian Honey, Fresh Cream, Fresh Milk, Cocoa butter , Madagascan natural Vanilla.
