Very traditional, hand-made Sicilian durum wheat pasta – Anelletti – traditional little ring shape, perfect for collecting tasty pesto or sauce! Made in North West Sicily close to Alcamo.
Wild Fennel Pesto from our producers in South West Sicily. The fennel grows wild.
Caponata from the same producers – made with a tomato based sauce and seasonal vegetables. Ideal for both pasta or serving alone as a vegetable accompaniment
250 ml of our wonderful Extra Virgin Cold Pressed, Single Estate Olive Oil. Beautifully balanced with a hint of pepper at the end.
Artisan Salami from central Sicily – soft and fruity with a hint of pepper. At its best when very thinly sliced.
Pecorino from Salemi A semi-aged sheep’s milk cheese, matured for approx 10 days to give a mild, but persistent flavoured cheese. Wonderful drizzled with honey or with one of our two wine jellies.
Sicilian Wine jelly, made from indigenous Sicilian grape varieties, sweet, delicate and delicious with cheese, cold roast ham, charcuterie or roast lamb’.
Plump Sicilian Capers in natural sea salt – for fish dishes or traditional Sicilian recipes
Sicilian Infused Sea Salt – untreated salt from Trapani
Sicilian Honey, one of a selection of our wonderful honeys, the perfect partner for Pecorino cheeses
