Crèma di Olive Verdi – a creamy pesto/tapenade made from Sicilian Nocellara olives pureed with olive oil and Sicilian oregano.
Use as a dip, on bruschetta or canapé. Add a little to chicken, steak or fish when cooking. Stir into pasta or risotto.
