Pate di Olive Nere is a smooth and creamy black olive tapenade and may be used as a simple hors d’oeuvres with crusty bread or with bruschetta. A useful addition to any canapes. Try stirred into pasta or risotto.
Traditionally made with the addition of a little oregano in southern Sicily.
