The Maccario brothers believe that the clean, healthy Barbera fruit should always have the loudest voice in the final wine.  A smooth, well balanced with a particularly elegant perlage.  Silky and intense with a fresh and persistent finish.

The bright aromatics and dry finish make it ideally suited to a wide range of dish incorporating fresh and seasonal products, particularly fresh vegetables and tomatoes. Pasta or bean salads, baked Sea Bream with coconut rice or Asian cuisine, this Rosé is very at home as a celebratory sparkling wine or to accompany food.
