Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch within 2 working days of processing your order (orders placed on Friday or Saturday will take slightly longer).

Please note:  due to Covid affected services, PLEASE NOTIFY US within 5 working days of receiving our ‘order complete’ email if you have not received your delivery

Delivery within the UK:

Standard Delivery Service 2-4 working day delivery (following the date of dispatch) at a flat rate of £5.95 using Evri (occasionally Royal Mail)

Note:  This service is not recommended for food hamper or wine orders.

Please note that a signature is REQUIRED on receipt of the order. If no-one is available to sign for the order, please telephone us on 01264 852701 to arrange delivery to a ‘secure’ location. Gastro Nicks cannot assume responsibility for any orders delivered to ‘secure’ locations without signature. This is done entirely at your own risk.

Next Day Delivery Flat rate of £7.95 using APC Swift Couriers or Evri Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery can only be requested on orders placed before 12 noon between Monday and Thursday each week. Overnight deliveries will be sent out on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  It is not possible to fulfill next day delivery requests on online orders placed outside of these times.

Saturday Delivery For orders placed by 12 noon on a Friday, Saturday delivery can be organised, but this will incur an additional charge. To arrange for a quote please telephone 01264 852701

To beat the Christmas rush, make sure you post before the recommended last posting date.

Please note that sometimes parcels are mislaid or go missing between leaving us with the couriers and delivery. We will always do what we can to track and retrieve any parcel sent by us but cannot be held responsible for loss incurred during the delivery process.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic drinks can be purchased on this web site for delivery solely within the United Kingdom.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that if purchasing alcohol you are of at least the minimum legal age required by your Country to purchase and consume alcohol.  Pursuant to the Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence for any person in the United Kingdom under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor, or for any person over the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18, subject to a maximum fine on conviction of £5,000.


If you are not entirely satisfied you may return your selection to us in a saleable condition for either refund or exchange at any time within 7 days of purchase. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection.   Please allow up to one week once you have returned your parcel for any exchange to be processed or refund to be credited.

You can return goods to us using Royal Mail or other courier services at their then current stated rates.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of fresh food goods or food hampers due the nature of the fresh products. If you wish to return an item or items paid for with a Gastro Nicks Gift Voucher, we will only be able to issue you with another Gift Voucher to the value of the item(s) returned.

All orders received will be paid in Pounds sterling.
