Ideal for those with an intolerance to Cow’s milk – a young Sicilian pasteurised sheep’s milk pecorino cheese, matured for 8-10 days.  Deliciously mild and delicate.  Try with honey, dates, walnuts or Balsamic Honey.  Delicious slightly melted.
