Pinoli Sgusciati – peeled pine nuts, larger than those we see in the UK and wonderfully sweet to eat raw!

Try toasted and scattered over a salad, fresh fish or chicken.  Add to pasta or risotto or have a go at making your own pesto.  See our recipe suggestion using pecorino cheese and fresh basil, perfect for pasta.

Also used in the traditional Italian cake ‘Torta della Nonna’ – literally translated as ‘Granny’s Cake’.

Store in a cool, dry place.
