Potted Beef with horseradish – Cornish Beef is cooked slowly, shredded and potted with duck fat. It is then enhanced with the warming tang of horseradish.
Ingredients: free range Cornish beef, duck fat, creamed horseradish, (milk, egg, mustard), Cornish sea salt, horseradish powder.
Duck Liver Paté with Beetroot & Orange Butter – silky duck livers enhanced with a zing of orange & topped with a layer of striking beetroot butter.
Ingredients: Duck liver, butter, onion, duck meat, water, maize starch, beetroot powder, yeast, salt, garlic, white pepper, orange oil
A Scandi twist on decadent Salmon Pâté. The richness is cut with a little heat from the horseradish and herby dill
Ingredients: salmon 55% (fish), butter (milk), onions, Cornish sea salt, dill 0.4%, horseradish 0.1%.
Mushroom with chilli & coriander – so full of flavour! Try melted into hot pasta with a robust red wine.
