Product Description

Succulent duck breast, quickly cooked and hot-smoked over oak.  A little goes a long way as this is rich and sweet yet delicate in flavour. Can be served hot or cold.

Thinly sliced, smoked duck makes a perfect starter served on a bed of dressed salad leaves with anything fruity – figs, pomegranate seeds or fresh orange. Try it with combinations such as strawberries tossed in balsamic vinegar or pears with walnuts.  A dressing made with raspberry balsamic vinegar pairs well.

An easy canapé can be made with thinly sliced smoked Duck with marscapone and a little Quince or Damson Fruit Caviar.
