Rich and indulgent Guernsey milk cheese using milk from a neighbouring farm.
Similar in style to cheeses of the Champagne region of France, the milk gives the cheese a golden hue and creamy flavour.
Washed in Somerset Cider Brandy it has a very easy and creamy nature. However, although the cheese has a washed rind, it does not have the pungency often associated with this style.
