Reduced sugar Red Pepper & Chilli Jam, a welcome change with cheese sandwiches, an instant dip for prawns, chicken or sausages.   Liven up a pasta sauces or add spice to a gravy.  Wonderful as an accompaniment to a soft cheese such as a Brie, cold meats or pork pie.

Add to your BBQ repertoire by spreading on sausages, drumsticks or ribs before cooking.

Ingredients: Sugar, red wine vinegar, red pepper, chilli, onion, garlic, citrus pectin.
