Tradtionally made Salsa Pronto, a Cherry tomato based pasta sauce with basil from South East Sicliy.

Use as a sauce for pasta with a little grated Pecorino or Parmesan cheese,  as a topping for pizza or add to casseroles to enhance the flavour.
