A well balanced  Extra Virgin unfiltered Olive Oil from Western Sicily, this year has a rich and fruity taste with a delicate peppery finish.  This elegant olive oil is cold pressed and from a single estate.

This consistent, balanced, mild olive oil is wonderful as a dressing for salads,  drizzled over raw or lightly grilled fish, white meat or vegetables or for dipping fresh bread, with or without balsamic vinegar.
