Balsamic Vinegar aged in the traditional way in wooden barrels for approximately 4 years. Slightly sweet in character but not as rich as the older balsamic vinegars. Good on roasted vegetables, meat, fish or as a salad dressing.

Product Description

Approximately 4 yrs old, this traditionally wood aged balsamic vinegar, produced in Modena  has slightly sweet characters and is particularly suited as a replacement for wine when cooking.

Also good on raw and roasted vegetables, meat and fish. Add to olive oil in the ratio of 3 oil: 1 balsamic vinegar and use for dipping fresh crusty bread.
