Harvested in the last week of August, the grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness and balance between sugar and acidity.
After soft pressing the fermentation is slow. Carbon dioxide is naturally produced during the process and remains ‘entrapped’ to give the wines is mild effervescence.
The bouquet is fresh and floral, typical of Moscato grapes, with a creamy taste and pleasant fine bubbles.
Chill well to serve as a dessert wine, particularly good with fruit dishes.
