This 100% un-oaked Negroamaro (meaning ‘black bitter’), fermented in stainless steel tanks, is actually slightly sweet and aromatic on the palate with intense scent of black cherry. Pairs well with slow roast lamb which can be rich, meaty fish such as Tuna or dishes containing peppers or tomatoes.
