Ruby red with a fragrant and fruity bouquet.
‘Autin dal Masso’ captures Barbera’s floral aromatics and easy drinking with a dry finish, making it a good all-round wine for food. With its soft tannins and lighter body, lightly oaked Barbera can be paired with a wide array of dishes including dark fish such as seared Tuna.
This is a red that is also superb when served slightly chilled and paired with chargrilled chicken or pork.
