After a long wait trying to source Sardinian wines, we are pleased to introduce Cagnulari, which probably traces its origins to Spain, yet is found predominantly in the North-West of the island, from Parpinello winery.

Deep red in colour with notes of wild flowers, mature red fruits and a hint of spice. Elegantly structured, full bodied, with a pleasantly dry finish, making this a perfect pairing for salami, rich soups or roasted red or white meats.
