Back in stock after 3 years and one of the first grape varieties we ever sampled in Sicily, in a fish restaurant on the quay.
This is a classically mineral based white from the North West. Matured for 4/6 months in temperature-controlled bottles after harvesting, straw yellow in colour with an aroma of ripe pears and a little vanilla.
Fresh, intense but gentle on the palate.
