A new cellar owned by ‘British interests’ with an aim to produce low volume hand made wines that capture the best of Terra Alta.  The 2016 wines are their first release.  The Grenache is from 20 year old vine, in soils rich in limestone. The grapes are hand picked before pressing.

The gorgeous lively colour reveals a mixed fresh and stewed strawberry core with hints of Valencia orange and candied fruits.

Excellent as an aperitif or serve with grilled chicken, crab salad or grilled tuna.  Also an interesting pairing with sushi and vegetable dishes such as ratatouille.
