Tangy spring rhubarb is macerated in Oriental ginger and a twist of lemon zest before being infused with original Edinburgh Gin. This not only promises a glorious depth of flavour, but also gives this new Gin a beautiful pale pink hue!

It is recommended to drink your new Rhubarb and Ginger Edinburgh Gin with a dash of lemonade if you’ve got a sweet tooth to satisfy.  Add to Prosecco or Champagne instead of Cassis!

If your tastes are simpler, soda, a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint goes down an absolute treat.

Edinburgh gins are also at home in the kitchen. When it comes to Rhubarb and Ginger, why not try it in crumbles, trifles, preserves or simply for steeping fruit as an after dinner treat?
