Locally made, meat-free chocolate salami are inspired by old Italian Salame al Cioccolato recipes.

A soft truffle centre packed with nuts, wafer and all kinds of delicious things, once set they are dipped in chocolate, decorated and dusted in sugar. Ideal to share with friends after dinner or add to a hamper for a little fun!
