We have the answer in a hamper of classic Sicilian fare, all from small artisan producers around the island. (please note, contents listed will be correct but the photograph may vary according to season)

Hand-made Sicilian durum wheat pasta – Busiate – traditional shape, perfect for collecting tasty pesto or sauce!  Made in North West Sicily close to Alcamo.
Bruschetta from our producers in South West Sicily.  Finely cooked vegetables on a tomato base, so good on croutons or crusty bread, or stirred into pasta
250 ml of our wonderful Extra Virgin Cold Pressed, Single Estate Olive Oil.  Beautifully balanced with a hint of pepper at the end.
Plump Sicilian Nocellara Olives 
Artisan Antipasti charcuterie from central Sicily – soft and fruity with a hint of pepper.  At its best when very thinly sliced.
Pecorino from Salemi  A semi-aged sheep’s milk cheese, matured for approx 10 days  to give a mild, but persistent flavoured cheese.  Wonderful drizzled with honey or with one of our two wine jellies.
Plump Sicilian Capers in natural sea salt – for fish dishes or traditional Sicilian recipes
Sicilian Honey, one of a selection of our wonderful Sicilian preserves
Cantuccini Biscuits – crisp biscuits with sliced almonds, so good with strong coffee or Vin Santo
Soft Nougat – traditional, honey based soft nougat with almonds
