Product Description

A traditional dish on any Sicilian table, similar to the ratatouille that we know, a wonderful sweet tasting blend of cooked aubergine, olives, tomatoes, peppers, capers and basil cooked together in olive oil with other vegetables in season.

Serve warm or cold with crusty bread,  use as an accompaniment to red meat dishes or chicken. Try with a simple meaty fish such as cod or haddock, use as topping for bruschetta or stir into hot pasta straight from the jar.
