Sicilian Modica chocolate bars – with a unique hard crumbly texture.  This is due to being blended at lower temperatures than regular chocolate.

Modica chocolate has ancient Aztec origins dating back to the 1600’s when the Spanish brought cocoa to Modica.

Dairy and gluten free.  Suitable for vegans

Available in 2 flavours:   Orange  or Chilli 

Ingredients: Bitter cocoa paste (min. 50%), sugar, (orange or chilli  0.2%)
