Piccalilli is the English interpretation of Indian pickles – crunchy, tangy vegetables. At its best with Cheddar cheeses, Comte, Pecorino or Semi hard Goat’s cheese.

Ingredients: Mixed diced vegetables, distilled malt vinegar, sugar, onions, maize flour, ground mustard seed, turmeric, ground ginger, sea salt.
