Italian Acacia honey blended with black summer truffles to make a wonderful accompaniment to the cheeseboard, particularly aged cheeses.  Also good with  poultry, charcuterie or carpaccio.

Try drizzled over figs, roast potatoes or root vegetables towards the end of cooking.
